User Agreement

Welcome to Bebbo (“the App”), operated by us (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App to interact with AI characters, mark favorites, create custom characters, and upload images to assist in conversations. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

2. User Content

By creating or submitting any content, including character Bebbos, bios, conversations, or uploaded images, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process such content solely to provide and improve the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any laws.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate or share offensive, illegal, or harmful content;

• Upload any images or content that are violent, discriminatory, explicit, or violate privacy rights;

• Use the App to harass, impersonate, or exploit others;

• Reverse engineer or tamper with the App or its AI systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All AI character designs, the App interface, and associated technologies are owned or licensed by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our Bebbo, logo, or assets without written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated this Agreement or misused the service.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Modifications

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version will always be available within the App.
